As a Maker, I’ve started companies to provide solutions, where solutions did not exist. Fourandalf was the first marketing company focused exclusively on helping property management companies grow, founded in 2012. “The Property Management Show” was the first podcast to educate property management entrepreneurs with 8000 monthly listeners. PM Grow Summit is the only conference focused exclusively on sales and marketing for property management companies.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve invested tremendous effort in researching, learning, and educating the property management community on how to be better and how to grow and thrive. By helping people build better businesses, I’ve built deep relationships and friendships in the industry.

And yet today, ⅔ of rental property owners still don’t trust property management companies.

There are 100s of excellent property management companies out there, but there are also 10s of thousands who are uninterested in improving.

Our industry has a high impact on our society. We find homes for people to live and look after their most valuable assets. In other words, we are partially responsible for the quality of life for both Residents and Rental Property Owners.
